Are you ready to revolutionize customer service and shape the future of client interactions? Elevate Customer ExperiencesAs a frontline champion, you'll dive deep into the heart of customer inquiries, unraveling intriguing questions and crafting tailored solutions that go beyond the ordinary. Client Support only via E-mail (ask what the clients needs and help them along the way)
Research (become a specialist in insurances and the German market)
Administration (you process questions and requests in the database and take direct action if needed)
Quality (you contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and products)
Finally, you have some relevant work experience and excellent knowledge of the German language (C2 level), and at least a good knowledge of English or Dutch. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2-level) and English or Dutch
The German language is a MUST, additionally a valid work visa is required, visa sponsorship is not possible.

~ 50% working from home
~30 EUR per month for working from home

Currently they are expending further on the German market and therefore they want to strengthen the team with German speakers for their customer experience department.
