What will you do?

As the Digital Marketing Director, you have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You understand that Marketing delivers a measurable contribution to growth and that digital marketing plays a critical part.

The role will be responsible for developing and enabling the execution of strategic decision-making processes though insights based on digital marketing data, thus taking the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies of benefit to SThree.

This individual will plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for SThree collaborating with their own team and cross-functional teams in addition.

This individual will be expected to actively engage with the relevant stakeholders (regional marketing teams and sales colleagues) to identify business requirements, targeting opportunities that require the initiation and management of supporting digital campaigns.

This individual will need to collaborate with other teams within the Marketing function to ensure that digital messaging is in line with brand across all social channels. They will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and measuring trends and content to assess how well any campaign is doing and to optimize performance and user experience.

This role will be responsible for building our digital marketing roadmap, implementing a base layer of always on advertising, setting up marketing automation and enabling events and campaigns to be managed in a structured way which facilitates the delivery of leads of value to SThree.

Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Other responsibilities could include:

  • Strategy & Planning: Build, plan, and implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and manage the digital marketing budget;
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders, regional colleagues and teams to support the creation of and delivery of business strategy and to support the successful execution of all digital marketing strategies;
  • Analytics & Insights: Use data and insights to drive appropriate actions and decision-making measuring ROI and KPIs and develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction;
  • Online content responsibilities: Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.

Next to this we are looking for:

  • Experience: previous work experience of 5+ years as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager or Director level and demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. Next to this, previous experience of managing Global Digital Marketing budget and a familiarity with financial planning;
  • Creativity: highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Also have a strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function;
  • Stakeholder management: able to create and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships;
  • People management: excellent team management and communication (written and verbal) skills;
  • Education: BSc or master’s degree in marketing, digital technologies, or relevant field.
