  • Strategische positionering: Je bepaalt de strategische positionering van de Business Unit en haar diensten, waarbij je duidelijk definieert wat we wel of juist niet doen.
  • Strategische planning: Je stelt strategische plannen op bij aanvang van nieuwe projecten en creëert draagvlak bij collega's om deze plannen succesvol uit te dragen.
  • Commerciële groei: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van voldoende werkvoorraad voor de Business Unit, zowel door inschrijving op tenders van publieke opdrachtgevers in samenwerking met het team van projectmanagers, als door het aangaan van waardevolle partnerships met commerciële relaties.
  • Commercieel beheer: Je overziet het volledige commerciële proces, inclusief het maken en borgen van projectplanningen en je stuurt projectmanagers en externe ondersteunende partijen aan.
  • Marktinzicht: Je bent en blijft goed op de hoogte van marktontwikkelingen, neemt deel aan netwerkbijeenkomsten en marktconsultaties en identificeert nieuwe kansen voor de Business Unit of de organisatie.
  • Capaciteitsafstemming: Je stemt de commerciële werkvoorraad af met de capaciteit van de Head of Operations om optimale efficiëntie te bereiken.
  • Rapportage en samenwerking: Je rapporteert de voortgang aan externe partijen en opdrachtgevers en je stelt professionele rapportages en commerciële aanbevelingen op met een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard.
  • Strategische samenwerking: Je onderhoudt een nauwe samenwerking met de directie en andere Business Unit Directors, waarbij je bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van de overkoepelende strategie en synergiën tussen verschillende Business Units bevordert.
Naast je hoofdverantwoordelijkheden houd jij je ook voortdurend bezig met het optimaliseren van systemen en processen. Je borgt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en schakelt direct wanneer afwijkingen worden geconstateerd.
