Bij Tonny Media zijn we op zoek naar een sales director om ons team te komen versterken.

Over de rol

Aangenaam. Wij zijn Tonny Media, sinds 2020 het spannendste (media)bedrijf van Nederland.Wij maken podcasts, heel veel podcasts. Maar ook reclamecampagnes, social content ensinds kort tv-programma’s.Om te voorkomen dat ons werk verandert in onbezoldigd hobbyen,zijn we op zoek naar een sales director. Het doel van de functie is het behalen van decommerciële doelstellingen. Het middel: het ontwikkelen van en het toezien op het uitvoerenvan de commerciële strategie.

Wie zoeken wij?

● Iemand met minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in media en/of advertising
● Iemand die affiniteit heeft met podcast en andere digitale media
● Iemand die een team kan managen, aansturen en opschalen
● Iemand die pragmatisch, analytisch en resultaatgericht is
● Iemand die graag cijfermatig onderbouwt en niet bang is voor Excel
● Iemand die strakke presentaties kan maken en geven
● Iemand met een groot netwerk in media/advertising en die dit het liefst bijhoudtin een CRM systeem
● Iemand die communicatief sterk is, zowel verbaal als schriftelijk
● Iemand die commerciële kansen herkent en die weet te grijpen

Wat doe jij?

● Je ontwikkelt strategieën en scenario's, gebaseerd op rapporten en/of dashboards
● Je weet de commerciële strategie te vertalen naar haalbare doelstellingen voor je team en ondersteunt hen in het behalen ervan
● Je bent in staat om op een overtuigende manier adverteerders aan de producten van Tonny te verbinden
● Je ontwikkelt nieuwe producten en pricings die aansluiten bij de vraag uit de markt
● Je bent een commercieel klankbord voor het MT
● Je bent stressbestendig en balanceert de werkdruk van je teams door heldere prioriteiten te stellen
● Je rapporteert maandelijks op salestargets en (bruto)marge
● Je houdt trends op het gebied van media en advertising in de gaten
● Je houdt van en begrijpt content maar kan het vanuit een commercieel perspectief beschouwen
● Je begeleidt je team door middel van doelen-, reflectie-, voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken

Over Tonny Media

Tonny Media is opgericht door drie eikels die maar wat deden. Behalve dat ze hiermee veelplezier hadden, hadden deze eikels meer gemeen: talent, lef en zelfspot. Ze voelden dat zegoud in handen handen, letterlijk: want ze verdienden er geld mee en figuurlijk omdat zevernieuwend bezig waren. Ze herkenden de kans en hadden het lef deze te grijpen door TonnyMedia op te richten.

Tonny Media is een bedrijf waarbij niemand ons vertelt wat te doen, want wij weten: demooiste creaties ontstaan in vrijheid. Dat is waarom we elke dag, soms een paar minuten telaat, uit bed komen. We geloven met z’n allen heilig in deze filosofie. Net als een bups aangevestigde namen trouwens, die - geheel in lijn met de filosofie van het bedrijf - ook stuk voorstuk eikels kunnen zijn. Zij hadden behoefte aan iets nieuws: een partij die flexibeler is danoude media en betrouwbaarder dan de social media.

Met hen creëren en produceren wij podcasts, reclamecampagnes, social content en tv.. En datallemaal op onze eigen manier: vrijheid van begin tot eind en 365 dagen per jaar. Tonny Media.
