Dit prachtige hotel heeft alles in huis; een met Michelin bekroond restaurant, conferentiefaciliteiten, waanzinnige kamers en een spa. Als Director of Sales ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de salesstrategie in samenwerking met de gehele sales afdeling. Jouw uiteindelijke doel is het maximaliseren van de omzet en op die manier de markt op een succesvolle manier te bespelen.

Naast jouw verantwoordelijkheid voor het gehele Sales team, draag je specifieke verantwoordelijkheid voor de Amerikaanse markt, bestaande en nieuwe accounts.

Het hotel waar je voor komt te werken staat aan de top van de Amsterdamse hotellerie. 

Als Director of Sales ben je, naast jouw verantwoordelijkheid over het gehele Sales team, specifiek verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van bestaande relaties en het opbouwen van nieuwe relaties in Amerika. Daarnaast behoren de volgende taken tot jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Het coördineren en begeleiden van sales activiteiten;
  • Opzetten van targets, sales plannen en sales budgetten;
  • Marktonderzoek, benchmarking en alertheid op marktontwikkelingen;
  • Verkennen en bezoeken van potentiële (nieuwe) klanten in het buitenland;
  • Onderhandellen en onderhouden van contracten en offertes met derden;
  • Verspreiden van relevante informatie binnen de verschillende hotelafdelingen en toezicht houden op de naleving van de overeenkomsten;
  • Bijdragen aan het creëren van het jaarlijkse Sales & Marketing plan;
  • Zorg dragen voor de implementatie van de afgesproken strategieën.

De Director of Sales voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een Sales Manager rol (of vergelijkbaar) in het luxe hotel segment; 
  • Relevant netwerk in en kennis van de Amerikaanse reismarkt; 
  • Zelfstandig werkend en je bent resultaatgericht;
  • Commercieel ingesteld, analytisch en proactieve houding;
  • Oog voor detail.
SalarisDe aanbieding Director of Sales - Luxe Hotel

Deze werkgever biedt een geweldig dynamische luxe werkomgeving in het hart van Amsterdam. De salarisindicatie voor de functie van Director of Sales ligt tussen de €3800 en €4800 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Daarnaast bieden zij gunstige secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een bonussysteem. Overige voorwaarden bespreek ik graag met je in een persoonlijk gesprek.
