**How you will help to steer the commercial strategy of Xebia Academy**
**What you will do as the Sales Director**
As the Sales Director of Xebia Academy, you’ll guide the team with innovative tactics, manage budgets carefully, and build lasting relationships to turn client needs into plans for long-term success. You’ll use market insights to find new business opportunities, work with trainers and consultants to improve our training programs, and champion Xebia Academy’s values and vision on the global stage, putting people first, sharing knowledge, fostering customer intimacy, and upholding uncompromising quality.
THIS IS YOUR DREAM JOB IF
You are a proven leader with demonstrated success in commercial leadership, particularly within the learning and development, or related sectors.
You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
You are an expert strategist skilled at developing long-term strategies that align with organizational goals.
You are a compelling storyteller, excellent at communicating complex ideas across a varied audience.
You are tech-savvy and in tune with the latest technological trends, ensuring our offerings remain relevant.
You are a relationship architect, proficient in building strong connections with both internal teams and external partners.
