CRM Manager for Strategic Customer Solutions

FunctieomschrijvingThe CRM Manager will be an integral role in this newly created Channel Marketing team to support the global needs of our Strategic Customer and Page Executive business areas. This role will be driving the strategy, planning and implementation of global campaigns across priority markets, including segmentation, A/B optimization, end-to-end project management and post-campaign analysis.
Working with the Head of Channel Marketing for Strategic Customers (SCS) and Page Executive (PEX), and regional business partners, create and deliver a CRM plan and strategy to deliver against customer retention and engagement goals for these strategic growth pillars
Partner with the Global CRM product team in the development and optimisation of client and candidate lifecycles within the Page Executive and Strategic Customer target segments
Manage a regular reporting process, using lead and lag metrics to measure effectiveness of programme and course correct where necessary
Work with the compliance team to make sure that we are processing all GDPR data requests and are complying with all local market privacy regulations
3+ years of experience in email marketing and/or CRM campaign implementation and management.
~ Superior project management skills and strategic thinking
~ Excellence on usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or similar e-mail marketing tools
~ Working experience with Jira or other project management tools
~ Strong analytical skills and ability to produce reports and provide strategic recommendations motivated by data
~ Experience working with segmentation and email marketing platforms
~ High level of motivation and initiative, the ability to motivate the team and to anticipate company's needs
