Invoicing Specialist

- Checking dossier data to ensure it matches information in the billing system;
- Communicating any differences to the Billing Team Leader and implementing necessary adjustments;
- Generating and preparing invoices for dispatch, as well as archiving processed documents;
- Providing frontline information to customers regarding billing inquiries;
- Drafting standalone invoices based on provided documents;
- Accurately inputting data into the system and generating invoices;
- Ensuring careful archiving of all relevant documentation.
- MBO or HBO diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- You have been living in the Netherlands for the past 8 years;
- Previous experience ( , internship) in a financial environment is a plus;
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, especially in dossier control and billing processes;
- Familiarity with computer usage and proficiency in the use of display equipment;
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and perform under pressure.
- A salary between €2500,- and €3200,- based on hours.
