Over onze klant Jouw nieuwe werkgever is een toonaangevend Nederlands familiebedrijf dat zich al tientallen jaren specialiseert in de verkoop, reparatie en onderhoud van auto's. Dit bedrijf staat bekend om zijn hoge kwaliteitsnormen en klantgerichte aanpak. Hier werken dagelijks ongeveer 300 collega's verspreid over 12 vestigingen en het hoofdkantoor. Het hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in de omgeving van Gorinchem, een centrale en goed bereikbare locatie. Hier zal je gemiddeld één dag per week aanwezig zijn om samen met je team te werken en te overleggen. Uiteraard ben je ook altijd welkom op het hoofdkantoor wanneer je dat wilt, bijvoorbeeld voor belangrijke vergaderingen of teamactiviteiten.
Je directe collega's binnen het HR-team zijn de HR Directeur en twee HR Adviseurs. Eén van de HR Adviseurs richt zich voornamelijk op beleid en juridische zaken, terwijl de andere HR Adviseur, net als jij, verantwoordelijk is voor het HR-beleid op zes vestigingen. De dames in het HR-team zijn allemaal rond de 30 jaar en hebben elk hun eigen interesses en specialisaties. Ondanks hun diverse achtergronden vormen ze een hecht team dat goed kan samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunt waar nodig. De sfeer binnen het team is informeel en collegiaal, met veel ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling.
Buiten het HR-team zul je regelmatig in contact staan met de vestigingsmanagers en het personeel op de verschillende locaties. Dit varieert van monteurs en administratief medewerkers tot directeuren. Je rol vereist goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding, aangezien je een schakel bent tussen het HR-team en de rest van de organisatie. Functieomschrijving Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden beslaan het volledige spectrum van HR-activiteiten. Als HR Generalist is het cruciaal dat je zichtbaar bent voor zowel medewerkers als managers, en dat ze je gemakkelijk kunnen bereiken voor ondersteuning en advies.
Ondersteunen van vestigingsmanagers bij het werven en selecteren van nieuw personeel. Organiseren en uitvoeren van onboarding programma's voor nieuwe medewerkers, zodat ze snel en efficiënt in hun nieuwe rol kunnen starten.
Opleiding en ontwikkeling : Coördineren van trainings- en ontwikkelingsprogramma's om de vaardigheden van medewerkers te verbeteren en hen te helpen groeien binnen het bedrijf.
Dit kan variëren van het oplossen van personeelsconflicten tot het implementeren van nieuwe HR-beleid.Profiel Geschikte kandidaten voor deze rol hebben al enige ervaring in het HR-veld en zijn klaar voor een uitdagende en zelfstandige positie. Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, is het essentieel dat je een afgeronde hbo-opleiding hebt in een richting zoals Human Resource Management. Daarnaast heb je al enkele jaren werkervaring opgedaan, bijvoorbeeld als HR Medewerker, HR Adviseur, of in een vergelijkbare brede HR-rol.
