The BUND federal office in Berlin is looking for the next possible date for a
(Senior) Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator/Engineer (m/f/d)
full-time | 2 years fixed-term, with the prospect of permanent employment
Our IT team manages a modern Microsoft environment and provides IT support to around 190 colleagues at the federal office. Together, we are on the way to the Microsoft 365 cloud - and this is where you come in With your expertise, you will take our team to the next level and help us drive the digital transformation forward.
Accuracy: You create well-founded concepts, precise documentation and practical training materials that pave the way for a successful implementation
Cloud management: You will handle service desk requests with appreciation and a lot of know-how and ensure that our colleagues are optimally supported.
Training: You develop and conduct well-structured Microsoft 365 training courses to make the entire team fit for the cloud.
You use Jira efficiently as a project and service management tool and administer it routinely.
Innovation: You migrate other local applications to the Microsoft 365 environment and are always up to date with the latest updates and new functions.
IT security standards: You continuously develop the IT security and compliance guidelines to ensure the highest standards.
Teamwork: You support your IT team in planning and implementing change requests, coordinate tests and installations and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
You have successfully completed an IT degree or a comparable technical/business degree and have initial professional experience (desirable 2-3 years).
Language: You have very good communication skills in German, both orally and in writing.
Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and support your colleagues in a solution-oriented manner in the use of Microsoft 365.

Fair pay according to the BUND in-house collective agreement (pay scale group 3-4, depending on experience), including 13th monthly salary, vacation pay, capital-forming benefits and Germany ticket. For this position, you are expected to work three days a week at the federal office. IT support has service hours from 9:00 to 16:00, on Fridays until 14:00.
