  • Develops the national eCommerce strategy, based on market developments, thorough analyzes, and important insights from theeCommerce teamwithin FrieslandCampina;
  • Translates the national strategy into channel and account strategies for the main retail eCommerce platforms;
  • Draws up, negotiates and optimizes account plans with key eCommerce partners such as AH.nl, Picnic and Amazon;
  • Is the eCommerce Thought Leader: advising the organization whether to enter new markets, new categories and/or to develop new products;
  • Builds relationships with (new) eCommerce partner with whom FrieslandCampina does not or does not do much business;
  • Actively develops eCommerce insights and expertise within the Consumer Dairy Netherlands eCommerce team as well as in the wider organization, in close collaboration with the other European and Global eCom teams;
  • Works closely with the marketing and sales teams and monitors to secureoptimal interaction between the departments in order to maximize the implementation of the omnichannel strategy;
  • Reports directly to the Sales Director Consumer Dairy NL and is active part of the commercial management team;
  • Manages the eCommerce Account Managers;
  • Actively monitors eCommerce business performance, profitability and budgets, pro-actively adjusting plans when necessary;
  • Builds and supports Digital advertising and media management capabilities
  • Drives development of effectiveness insights, facilitates integrated communication channel planning
  • Leads effective media agency and vendor management
  • Designs retail media channel strategy
