Functie

Ze zijn op zoek naar een marketing specialist voor de Foundry business unit in de divisie Silicon Products. Jij zult de belangrijkste persoon zijn om marketing in de organisatie op wereldwijd niveau te stimuleren. De focus zal op Europa liggen, maar je zult nauw samenwerken met marketing agents in andere regio's en de regionale Salesmanager Europa.


  • Coördinatie en uitvoering van de wereldwijde marketingstrategie, maar met de nadruk op Europa.
  • Coördinatie van marketingactiviteiten met ESP marketing om afstemming te waarborgen met de divisie branding en commerciële strategie.
  • Beheren en uitvoeren van bedrijfsanalyses van wereldwijde marktgegevens, om ervoor te zorgen dat de fundamenten voor een wereldwijde marketingstrategie aanwezig zijn.
  • Zorgen dat de (digitale) marketingbehoeften van de verschillende regio's worden gedekt.
  • Ondersteuning van markten met conferenties en tentoonstellingen.

Profiel

Ze zijn op zoek naar een persoon met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Om te slagen in de functie, moet je een goede teamspeler zijn, maar tegelijkertijd zelfstandig kunnen werken. Je bent in staat om zakelijke kansen te identificeren en om te zetten in een marketingstrategie voor onze gieterijactiviteiten om onze verkoop te optimaliseren.

  • Vijf jaar ervaring in marketing voor B2B, bij voorkeur met ervaring in de gieterij-industrie of soortgelijke metallurgische industrieën.
  • Bachelor's degree (internationale) marketing, communicatie, verkoop en/of bedrijfsontwikkeling.
  • Goed begrip van de B2B-eisen en in staat zijn om marktbehoeften om te zetten in een marketingstrategie.
  • Vloeiend in Engels. Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
