The role
As the Senior Network Development &Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our network strategy, building network operational standards and policies, ensuring efficient operations, seamless connectivity and maximize performance across our network in Europe. Internally this role will be known as a Network Development & Operations Lead.

This is what you will do:

  • Network Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize network standards, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement robust monitoring systems to track network performance. Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to maintain optimal network performance.
  • Standards Development: Develop comprehensive network standards and guidelines aligned with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. Define sales standard operating procedure to ensure consistency and compatibility.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement efficient processes and standardize best practices across the network to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and ensure consistency
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and KPIs for the network. Regularly monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide assessment, insights and recommendations to enhance performance, customer experience, and profitability.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in automotive network operations, network management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of EV industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
