Als Assistant to the Company Secretariat bij een van de meest toonaangevende luchthavens ter wereld maak je onderdeel uit van het vennootschapssecretariaat van Royal Schiphol Group. In deze veelzijdige functie neem je proactief werk uit handen. En hoe je dit aanvliegt? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij de regie pakt, keuzes maakt en daar de verantwoordelijkheid voor neemt. Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:

  • Ondersteunen van de (Deputy) Company Secretary bij de planning, voorbereiding en follow-up van de Executive Team-vergaderingen, de vergaderingen van de Raad van Commissarissen (RvC), commissies en aandeelhoudersvergaderingen.
  • Coördineren van alle binnengekomen vergaderstukken, voorbereiden agenda's en uploaden van documentatie in de digitale board portal waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de processen hieromheen zo efficiënt mogelijk verlopen. Verrichten van alle voorkomende taken waaronder: E-mail en correspondentie met RvC- en ET-leden en senior management, complex agendabeheer, agendabewaking van vergaderingen en te plannen afspraken RvC leden met derden.
  • Ontvangen en begeleiden van RvC-leden en hun gasten.
  • Bewaken van informatiestromen in de meest brede zin van het woord, bv: voorbereiden, (logistiek) organiseren van vergaderingen/besprekingen/bijeenkomsten, proactief in de opvolging van actiepunten van vergaderingen. Waar nodig worden acties voorbereid en voorgelegd aan de (Deputy) Company Secretary.
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren en ondersteunen van gedelegeerde taken/projecten, waarbij contact wordt onderhouden met diverse interne en externe partijen en instanties (bv. het coördineren van in- en externe locaties voor vergaderingen en diners).


In deze rol werk je nauw samen met het vennootschapssecretariaat, bestaande uit twee PA/Executive Secretaries en een Deputy Company Secretary.

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als assistente voor een vennootschapssecretariaat, directie dan wel senior management in een dynamische en complexe werkomgeving.
  • MS-officepakketten hebben geen geheimen voor je.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Ervaring met juridische processen en/of werkzaamheden voor het vennootschapssecretariaat.
  • Je bent in ieder geval beschikbaar op dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag (must).

  • € 3527 tot € 4550 bruto per maand (Schaal 8).
  • Een 13e maand.
  • 14,4 diversiteitsuren. Die uren kan je gebruiken om op een feestdag naar keuze (extra) vrij te zijn.
  • Een iPhone 14 of Samsung S22. Aan jou de keuze.
  • Een vergoeding bij thuiswerken van € 3,00 netto per dag.
