We value proactive thinkers who can provide insights based on data, collaborate with colleagues across Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands), and help optimize our processes. Location: Schiphol office

Working hours: 36-40 hours per week

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Accounts receivable - collection by mail and by phone
- Accounts payable - booking invoices
- Approving payment requests
- Preparation of banks booking
- Preparation of necessary journal entries
- Interface: month-closing (AP & AR)
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Possible future tasks:

- Prepare VAT declaration
- Monthly settlements for several intercompany offices (AP & AR)
- GL analysis
- Bad Debt

**What makes you a great fit?**
- You live in NL and have working experience in NL
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting department
- A positive team player with a hands-on mentality and a good sense of humor
- Excellent knowledge in Excel (minimum VLOOKUP, pivot, sumifs)
- Power BI is a big plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A degree in Accounting
- Available for 36-40 hours per week
