With a strong presence in the Benelux, Sri Lanka, Portugal, and Dubai, we specialize in connecting top-tier tech talent with innovative companies like Fixico, Alicia, Dealroom.co, and Harver. As we scale from 250 to 500 employees within the next three years, we need ambitious sales leaders to drive our expansion.

1. Sales Manager
About the Role
As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for accelerating our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You will work from our inspiring Amsterdam Oud-Zuid office while collaborating with our strategic hubs in Lisbon, Dubai, and Colombo . This role offers the opportunity to build a strong network in the Benelux and engage with decision-makers in the tech and scale-up ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively generate new leads and drive outbound sales efforts through strategic networking, cold outreach, and relationship building.
· Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
· Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to expand Gapstars' market share in the Benelux and beyond.
· Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CTOs) in tech-driven companies.
· Collaborate with our global teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
· Occasionally travel to Sri Lanka, Portugal, and Dubai to engage with teams and attend industry events.

Your Profile
· 6-10 years of experience in New Business Sales , with a proven track record.
· A proactive, commercial mindset and the confidence to pick up the phone.
· Experience working with international teams and diverse cultures.
· Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
· Ability to thrive in a small, dynamic organization.
· Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
Nice-to-Haves
· Experience in selling services to Founders and CTOs of scale-ups or large SMEs.
· Knowledge of technology and global IT talent deployment .
· Background in Recruitment/Sales Consultancy within the Tech sector .
· Passion for software and technology.

2. Sales Executive
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition through cold outreach, lead generation, and deal closing. This role requires a hunter mentality and a relentless focus on results. You will be based in our Amsterdam office, with the opportunity to relocate to our Dubai office in the future.
You will work closely with our teams in Amsterdam, Dubai, Colombo, and Lisbon to identify and secure new clients within the B2B tech and scale-up market.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively generate new leads and drive outbound sales through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
· Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
· Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CTOs) in tech-driven companies.
· Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to expand Gapstars' market share in the Benelux and beyond.
· Travel occasionally to Dubai, Sri Lanka, and Portugal to collaborate with teams and attend industry events.
Your Profile
· 2-6 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B.
· A strong track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
· A highly competitive and results-driven mindset.
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
· Fluent in English (must) + one additional Western European language (Dutch, German, or French).
· Willingness to travel internationally and potentially relocate to Dubai.
Nice-to-Haves
· Experience in selling services to founders and CTOs of scale-ups or mid-sized enterprises.
· Knowledge of technology, IT outsourcing, or global tech talent acquisition.
· Background in recruitment or sales consulting within the tech sector.
