Inviting applications for the role of Payroll Administrator – Senior Process Associate - Dutch - On site Hoofddorp

We are looking for a Dutch C2 level with a passion for handling payroll and related customers' queries.

Responsibilities

· Answering second line and payroll related questions from managers and business

· Checking all payroll data for a correct and qualitative payroll process

· Processing of personnel mutations

· Executing of CLA related working conditions

· Macro working

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

· Can work very securely

· Has the capabilities to work in a high pressure environment

· MBO / HBO level degree

· Degree "Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie"

· Experience within an organization with multiple CLA's

· Relevant working experience within HR or/and Payroll

· Stress resistant, full of initiative, service oriented and independent

· Advanced in Excel

· Good communication skills in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

· Degree VPS

· Experience with macros

· GB/Lean certified

· Experience in a retail environment
