**People Support Team Representative**

**Introduction on the role**:
**What will you do?**
- Responds to inquiries and resolves matters including, but not limited to, HR policy and procedure, employee benefits including health and wellness benefits, leave management, employee life cycle, support on immigration procedures.
- Serve as the administrator for the HR system (Success Factors) and HR Service Desk. Record and track employee data, such as promotions, terminations, new hires, compensation and organization changes.
- Prepares supporting documentation for new hires, terminations and any employee life cycle changes
- Prepares external documentation for Unemployment Agencies, Health Insurance etc.,
- Conduct auditing and maintenance of employee files
- Administers Leaves of Absence according to specific leave laws
- Ensures accurate & timely data transfer to the Payroll Team
- Other administrative duties as required.
**Who are you?**
- 2 years of HR-related experience
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law and/or immigration procedure is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Excellent communication (written & oral), and interpersonal skills
- Focused attention to detail along with developed organizational skills
- Employee experience oriented and follow-through skills including patience and comfort engaging with challenging situations
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
