As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Lensor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-driven vehicle inspection platform. With at least 5 years of experience in AI and MLOps within product-driven and scale-up environments, you'll play a pivotal role in setting up the architecture, design, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and robust operational pipelines. Your expertise will ensure our models are highly effective but also scalable and maintainable, driving our product's success and innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End ML Infrastructure:
  • Architect, design, and maintain comprehensive machine learning pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability of models in production.
  • AI Model Development:
  • Design and implement advanced AI models and algorithms, with a focus on computer vision, to enhance our vehicle inspection solutions, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
  • Research & Innovation:
  • Conduct research to improve existing models by leveraging multiple frames in time-series sequences and exploring multi-view AI models, advancing our capabilities in video processing.
  • Advanced Tooling & Automation:
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for ML models, automate testing, and validation processes to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
  • Data Workflow Optimization:
  • Oversee and improve the entire MLOps lifecycle, from data selection to storage and retrieval, ensuring the best data quality and accessibility to train our cutting-edge vision models.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
  • Implement monitoring systems to track model performance, detect data drift, and initiate retraining processes to maintain optimal model accuracy.
  • Mentoring & Leadership:
