Voor een prestigieuze private equity partij in Amsterdam zoeken wij een Head of Reporting. Deze private equity partij ondersteunt bedrijven die de grootste uitdagingen van deze tijd aanpakken. Functieomschrijving

Als Head of Reporting ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen en analyseren van financiële en operationele data uit onze assets. Je vertaalt deze inzichten naar heldere en strategische rapportages voor onze investeerders en andere stakeholders.

Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van periodieke financiële en operationele rapportages voor investeerders en management.
  • Analyseren van data uit verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en assets om trends en inzichten te identificeren.
  • Zorgdragen voor een consistente en accurate dataverzameling en -verwerking.
  • Automatiseren van rapportageprocessen om efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor de directie en stakeholders met betrekking tot rapportages en data-analyses.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams zoals Finance, Operations en Investment om relevante informatie te verzamelen en te valideren.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen het rapportageproces.

Profiel

  • HBO/WO opleiding en beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week
  • Relevante ervaring binnen private equity en/of corporate development, investment banking, consulting of vastgoed.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe data om te zetten in heldere inzichten.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; je kunt complexe financiële informatie begrijpelijk maken voor diverse stakeholders.
  • Zelfstarter met een hoge mate van volwassenheid, betrokkenheid en het vermogen om goed te werken binnen een klein team.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het bouwen van financiële modellen en uitstekende Microsoft Office-vaardigheden, vooral Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Aanleg voor zowel kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve analyse en het vermogen om bedrijfsstrategie te koppelen aan prestaties.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
