Field Application Engineer – Server (Full-time)

Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. (MSI) is a global leader in computer hardware, renowned for our innovation in servers, motherboards, graphics cards, notebooks, tablets, desktops, and IT peripherals.

We are expanding our footprint in Europe with the EPS business unit, a dynamic new division under Micro-Star Netherlands Holding BV. EPS focuses on the sales of AI-powered servers, motherboards, and complete L10 systems across 11 European countries. Based in Son (near Eindhoven, Netherlands), we distribute through an extensive network of distributors and resellers.

To support this expansion, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer (FAE) who will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, product excellence, and technical expertise across our teams.

Your Role

As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) EPS, you will be the key technical point of contact between customers, internal teams, and our headquarters. Your primary focus will be to provide technical support and ensure that MSI's AI-driven server products perform optimally for customers, partners, and colleagues.

A significant part of your role will involve responding to technical inquiries, offering solutions to colleagues, customers, media, and even on social media platforms. You will actively test and evaluate product samples for the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that they meet MSI's quality standards before reaching the market. Additionally, you will prepare and optimize gaming systems and product demos for events, internal training sessions, and trade shows, ensuring that MSI's technology is presented in the best possible way.

Collaboration is an essential aspect of the role. You will act as a bridge between the FAE department, other MSI teams, and headquarters in Taipei, ensuring smooth communication and knowledge sharing. Your insights will be critical in reporting product feedback, allowing our research and development teams to improve and refine MSI's hardware solutions.

You will also be responsible for providing internal training sessions, helping colleagues expand their technical expertise, and testing their knowledge through structured assessments. Managing test equipment will be another key responsibility, ensuring that the necessary tools are available for product evaluations. Occasionally, you will support other departments by offering technical assistance during business trips, making your role dynamic and varied.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in hardware testing, product evaluation, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of server technology and AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and professional manner.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and troubleshooting computer systems.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch or other European languages are a plus).
