Wat ga je doen?
- Beheren, optimaliseren en opschalen van onze Google Ads, Meta Ads en LinkedIn Ads.
- Campagnestrategieën ontwikkelen op basis van data en marktanalyse.
- Budgetbeheer : Je bepaalt en bewaakt advertentiebudgetten en stuurt op maximale ROI.
- A/B-testen en optimalisatie : Je test continu advertenties en landingspagina's om conversies te verhogen.
- Performance-analyse : Je monitort campagnes en rapporteert resultaten en verbeterpunten.
- Samenwerken met het marketingteam om advertentiecampagnes te versterken met sterke content en visuals.
Wat vragen wij?
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met SEA/Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden : Je baseert beslissingen op data en KPI's.
- HBO/WO-opleiding in Marketing, Communicatie, of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Ervaring met conversie-optimalisatie (CRO) en A/B-testen is een pre.
- Zelfstandig en resultaatgericht : Je krijgt de vrijheid om te experimenteren, maar resultaten tellen.
- Goede communicatievaardigheden , zowel in Nederlands als Engels.
