Over de functie: In deze functie ben je de steun en toeverlaat voor de HR afdeling voor de terminals in Amsterdam. Jij houdt de HR administratie en personeelsdossiers up-to-date, rekening houdend met de geldende wet en regelgeving.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede uitvoering van het in-door-uitstroom proces: je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten op en je verzorgt de aan- en afmeldingen bij o.a. pensioenen en verzekeraars;
- Je bent op de hoogte van de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter en verwerkt ziek- en betermeldingen;
- Voor een juiste salarisverwerking verzamel, controleer en lever jij payrollgegevens aan;
- Je houdt belangrijke signaaldata in de gaten en genereert diverse periodieke en, op verzoek, specifieke ad-hoc overzichten;
- Verrichten van administratieve werkzaamheden met betrekking tot opleidingen is onderdeel van je functie. Je onderhoudt contact met de opleidingsinstituten, organiseert en plant de trainingen en houdt de registratie bij;
- In je functie rapporteer je aan de HR Manager.
Over jou: Om deze functie goed te kunnen invullen vragen wij het volgende:
- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van HR;
- Je hebt een aantal jaar werkervaring op de HR afdeling of binnen andere ondersteunende afdelingen;
- Daarnaast vind je het een uitdaging om het proces van de operationele activiteiten zo efficiënt mogelijk in te richten zodat dit zo min mogelijk tijd kost;
- Je vindt het leuk om in een omgeving te werken die in ontwikkeling is;
- Je hebt uitstekende Nederlandse en goede Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Het MS-office pakket is jou goed bekend;
- Je bent accuraat, resultaatgericht en flexibel.
