We have a unique job opening for a Development Officer at Aqua-Spark Do you want to join us on our mission to radically change the global aquaculture value chain to healthier more sustainable and more accessible production while generating financial returns for our investors? Aqua-Spark's mission is to move the global aquaculture industry towards more healthy and sustainable production of blue foods and aquatic materials. Aquaculture is the most efficient and healthiest food system available to humankind, if you do it right. We are building a holistic ecosystem that demonstrates that healthy and sustainable production brings better financial returns with less risk for all stakeholders. Collaborating with value chain participants to motivate industry adoption, causing system change on a global scale. The Development Officer at Aqua-Spark is a responsible, strategic and proactive person. You are someone who thrives on initiating contact, crafting tailored outreach, and building genuine connections with investors who share our mission. The Development Officer drives force in mobilizing new capital for Aqua-Spark's growing portfolio, and a trusted relationship-builder for both new and existing investors. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines commercial instinct with purpose, and who brings the energy and discipline to generate momentum in a complex, relationship-driven environment.

Contribute to the development of investor materials, updates, and communications
At least 5+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development in the investment and/or impact space
Native-level English speaker with excellent communication and storytelling skills
Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders, both one-on-one and in group settings
Solid understanding of fund structures, financial metrics, and the dynamics of capital raising
Salesforce, Venturelytics) and digital communications
A collaborative, values-based team
