SALES / RESEARCH EXECUTIVE (SPANISH SPEAKING)

  • 6-month contract
  • €47 per hour
  • 32 hours a week
  • Working hours (2pm - 11pm CET)
  • Hybrid (1 day a week in the Amsterdam office)

About the client

A global leader in the travel industry, committed to driving innovation and helping our partners grow. The Research Operations team plays a critical role in gathering insights that help shape the development of tools and services to enhance the partner experience. They are seeking an organized, customer-focused Sales Executive/ Research Coordinator to support the recruitment of accommodation partners for valuable research studies.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive / Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying, inviting, and scheduling accommodation partners (hoteliers) to participate in research sessions. Your role will be key to ensuring the smooth operation of research recruitment projects that provide valuable feedback to improve services and products. You will help maintain strong, professional relationships with partners while ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the research process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the smooth running of research recruitment projects.
  • Communicate with accommodation partners via phone and email to schedule research sessions.
  • Invite partners to participate in research studies such as interviews and focus groups.
  • Follow specific guidelines and processes established by the research recruitment team.
  • Coordinate and manage research session schedules, ensuring organization and efficiency.
  • Handle daily tasks such as scheduling, sending reminders, and keeping the research schedule updated.
  • Report partner feedback and concerns to the team for further action.
  • Balance the needs of research with the interests of the accommodation partners to ensure a smooth process.
  • Provide guidance to team members on the best approaches to contact partners based on various factors such as market differences and property profiles.
  • Share best practices to improve the recruitment process and team efficiency.
  • Maintain and manage data related to session schedules and partner information.
  • Support the team with operational tasks, such as responding to partner emails and sending calendar invites.
  • Process incentive payouts for participants in research studies.

Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role, including cold-calling experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage partners professionally and effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable handling conversations with B2B audiences and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
