Currently, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Spare Parts to join their expanding team in Almere.

Job Profile for Parts Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with dealers through open, transparent, and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints proactively, provide appropriate solution alternatives and follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Manage and coordinate the order cycle to ensure accurate processing of orders on time
  • Complete and coordinate all the necessary administrative tasks related but not limited to specification change requests, shipping/delivery schedules, customer complaints, insurance claims, letters of credit, credit notes, etc.
  • Ensure that all the necessary sales invoices are completed, processed, and issued at the end of the financial month
  • Maintain accurate dealer records
  • Promote actively company brand, assist/represent the company at Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, dealer meetings, etc.

Candidate Profile for Parts Sales Support Representative

  • Must be fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain and B2B customer service preferably within the machinery manufacturing field
  • Familiarity with Logistics and Supply Chain processes
  • Previous experience with any ERP system is a must
  • Team worker, flexible to work with various cultural backgrounds
  • Conflict-solving with very good communication skills
