We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Sales and Inventory Coordinator – Spare Parts in our Almere office.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with dealers through regular communication.
  2. Resolve customer complaints promptly, offering alternative solutions and ensuring follow-up.
  3. Manage the order process to guarantee timely delivery and accuracy.
  4. Perform various administrative tasks, including specification changes, shipping schedules, customer issues, and more.
  5. Ensure all sales invoices are completed and processed by the end of each financial month.
  6. Keep accurate records of dealer interactions.
  7. Promote the company brand and represent it at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Fluency in both English and German (spoken and written).
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain and B2B customer service, preferably within the machinery manufacturing sector.
  3. Familiarity with Logistics and Supply Chain processes.
  4. Experience with ERP systems required.
  5. Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
  6. Strong conflict-resolution skills with excellent communication abilities.
