  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DEALERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
  • HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS PROACTIVELY AND PROVIDING SUITABLE SOLUTIONS
  • CYCLE MANAGEMENT FOR ACCURATE ORDER PROCESSING WITHIN SPECIFIED TIMELINES
  • COORDINATING ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS, INCLUDING SPECIFICATION CHANGES, SHIPPING SCHEDULES, AND CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
  • ENSURING TIMELY COMPLETION AND ISSUANCE OF SALES INVOICES AT THE END OF EACH FINANCIAL PERIOD
  • MAINTAINING ACCURATE DEALER RECORDS

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Must be fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SUPPLY CHAIN AND B2B CUSTOMER SERVICE, PREFERABLY IN THE MACHINERY MANUFACTURING SECTOR
  • FAMILIARITY WITH LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESSES
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH ERP SYSTEMS IS ESSENTIAL
  • TEAM-ORIENTED, ADAPTABLE, AND PROFICIENT IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
