Our client is a rapidly growing global leader in industrial construction machinery with a strong presence across Europe and Asia.

We are currently looking for a skilled individual to join our expanding team in Almere as a Sales and Inventory Coordinator – Spare Parts.

Job Profile

  • Bulk and maintain sustainable relationships with dealers through open, transparent communication.
  • Proactively handle customer complaints, provide solution alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate the order cycle to ensure accurate processing of orders on time.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to specification change requests, shipping/delivery schedules, customer complaints, insurance claims, letters of credit, and credit notes.
  • Ensure timely completion and processing of sales invoices at the end of the financial month.
  • Maintain accurate dealer records.
  • Promote the company brand and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and dealer meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain and B2B customer service preferably within the machinery manufacturing field.
  • Familiarity with Logistics and Supply Chain processes.
  • Previous experience with any ERP system required.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent conflict-solving skills with good communication abilities.
