Als Assistant Store Manager bij Levi Strauss & Co. krijg je de kans om te werken in een omgeving waar vernieuwing en ideeën alle kansen krijgen. Essentiële aspecten van de functie:

- De Store Manager helpen om de KPI’s te bereiken en winstkansen te realiseren;
- Dagelijkse en wekelijkse verkoopdoelstellingen vastleggen voor het winkelteam om de prestaties van de winkel te verbeteren;
- De KPI’s en teamprestaties opvolgen door verslagen op te stellen en de Store Manager op de hoogte te houden over actieplannen;
- De kosten en winkelactiviteiten controleren, zoals voorraadbeheer, loonkosten, administratie en werkschema’s;
- Je team inspireren, motiveren en ontplooien via opleiding, coaching en productkennis;
- De leiding nemen over de winkel als de Store Manager afwezig is;
- Ervoor zorgen dat de hele winkel er perfect uitziet.

- Heeft ervaring in het beheren van winkelactiviteiten, voorraden en administratieve taken;
- Kan een team motiveren en aansporen om KPI’s te overtreffen.
