Als Team Lead Manufacturing geef je, naast je rol als inhoudelijk consultant, leiding aan een team van enthousiaste consultants, die zich bezighouden met vraagstukken van klanten in de (discrete) manufacturing industrie. Het team werkt aan taken zoals het optimaliseren van de productieplanning en productie executie. Als team lead stuur je het team aan, je coacht minder ervaren consultants en bent intern verantwoordelijk voor het kennisdomein. Daarnaast ben je op de hoogte van de nieuwste technologieën en ontwikkelingen en vind je het leuk om jouw kennis te delen met je collega’s.

Door jouw hands-on mentaliteit ben je een waardevolle schakel in het streven naar efficiëntie en kwaliteit in de productieomgeving van onze klanten. Bovendien heb je uitgebreide ervaring met SAP Manufacturing, waardoor je het team goed kan begeleiden bij hun werkzaamheden. Daarnaast stelt jouw expertise je in staat om de strategische koers voor de toekomst van ons team te helpen bepalen en werk je mee aan business development activiteiten. Hierdoor lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de groei en ontwikkeling van onze organisatie.

Emixa Enterprise Solutions is expert op het gebied van Project Portfolio Management, Asset and Service Management, Custom Development en Supply Chain Management. Dit jaar worden deze expertises uitgebreid met de komst van het Manufacturing team. Door klanten te ondersteunen bij de productie planning, productie executie, shopfloor integratie en kwaliteitsbeheer, streeft de Emixa SAP Manufacturing Practice ernaar om klanten oplossingen te bieden voor een volledig end-to-end Design-to-Operate proces.

**Wat wij zoeken**
- Je hebt mínimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring en je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het leidinggeven aan een team;
- Je beschikt over uitgebreide kennis van SAP-modules met betrekking tot Production Planning en Production Execution (SAP PP, PP-PI), shopfloor integratie (SAP DM, SAP PEO) en Quality Management (SAP QM);
- Je hebt op verschillende projecten ervaring opgedaan met implementaties en procesoptimalisaties;
- Je bent bekend met de gang van zaken van presales projecten;
- Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
