- Duik diep in de kern van operations - het beoordelen, analyseren en evalueren van bedrijfsprocessen en -systemen.
- Gebruik je inzichten om de reikwijdte, doelstellingen en geavanceerde systemen te definiëren.
- Wees de brug tussen de behoeften van de klant en innovatieve oplossingen, door user stories en uitstekende softwareontwerpen te maken.
- Beheer en organiseer backlogs van vereisten en verschaf duidelijke inzichten via klantinteracties.
- Bedrijven begeleiden naar een toekomst vol geoptimaliseerde processen en precies het juiste vleugje IT-automatisering.

**Benodigde competenties en ervaring**
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma op het gebied van engineering, computerwetenschappen of informatiemanagement, waaruit je toewijding aan kennis blijkt.
- 2-5 jaar praktijkervaring hebben op het gebied van bedrijfsanalyse
- De Agile/Scrum aanpak omarmen - denk aan user stories, story points, backlog verfijning.
- Een teamplayer zijn met een T-vormig profiel.
- BPM/UML/Workflow kunnen toepassen, flowcharts maken.
- Energie krijgen van het werken in multidisciplinaire teams en het bevorderen van samenwerking.
- Gecertificeerd in een of meer van de volgende cursussen IREB/BABOK(IIBA)/BISL/ITIL/ISQI(CABA)/BCS.
- Je bent bereid de grenzen van de sector te overstijgen, of het nu gaat om Public, Financial Services of Manufacturing.
- Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels
- Je daagt eigenaren van bedrijfsprocessen uit en verdiept je in het "waarom" achter dat "wat" en "hoe".
- Kunnen navigeren op het terrein van Business/Enterprise Architecture concepten, zoals TOGAF of Archimate is een plus.
