About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Yacht, where you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability initiatives and contributing to the development of innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Innovation
    • Translate business needs into clear IT solution requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our internal software engineers and external IT providers.
    • Estimate the value, effort, and impact of innovations, using data and KPIs to justify investment.
    • Identify improvements and opportunities within the assigned scope, from one application to complete end-to-end business products and services.
    • Steer ideas through the development tunnel from concept to implementation, including change management.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Manage stakeholders and provide consultancy to business stakeholders within the scope of the Business Analyst's responsibility.
    • Challenge stakeholder needs and products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure the quality of business products and services within the scope of the Business Analyst's responsibility.
    • Monitor the performance of current products and services, providing solutions for critical incidents.
    • Ensure a transversal view, considering dependencies and ensuring they are taken into account.
    • Ensure solutions are in line with regulations, such as GDPR.
  • Data and Product Performance Management
    • Use data and KPIs as input for decision-making.
    • Engage in achieving KPIs and monitor product performance.
    • Proactively consider all regulations and Data Principles & Policies, such as GDPR.
    • Raise awareness within the team and amongst stakeholders on data provided by the product.
