**Your Job**

We are currently looking for a

**Business Development Manager Europe (M/F/d) for Cable Assemblies**

fulltime, ideally in a hybrid working setting with our Eindhoven, NL office (remote possible) to join the Power & Signal business unit (PSBU).

**What You Will Do**
- Increase the Cable Assembly visibility within Molex Sales, distribution branches, and ultimately the end user.
- Customer input - Aggregating voice of the customer
- Establish and maintain a high level of product, industry and market knowledge
- Leverage Salesforce and the RPM system to establish and convert new opportunity pipeline.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business or related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, sales, product development, marketing or operations related to commercial cable assemblies
- Demonstrated skills in preparing and delivering presentations
- Strong communication skills in English
- knowledge of connectors
