We are looking for a **Project Administrator **to join our FS Administration team.

In this role, you will be part of the FS Administration team and report to Team Leader, FS Administration. The location for the position is in Schiedam, Netherlands.

Your average day could start with consulting the field service coordinators on the latest status of our field service jobs, and make sure that all the figures are accurately filled in before we can create the invoices for our clients, and you could finish the day chasing time-sheets, you won’t do this alone beside the administration colleagues, you will work closely together with Parts, Field Service Resources and Operations, preferably we are searching for 40 hrs/week, 32 hrs/week is negotiable.

**What are your main tasks and responsibilities?**
- Creating and maintaining Excel cost overviews for projects.
- Collect, check and process data into our systems.
- Create supporting document packages for the coordinators.
- Sending invoices to customers.
- Cost awareness & control.

**How to shine in this role?**
- Vocational or bachelor’s degree in relevant educational field, such as finance, administration, accounting, or similar.
- Experience within an international service organization will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial and order processes in an ERP system and MS Office products, experience with SAP will be considered an advantage.
- Proactive and assertive attitude, with a critical view of existing administration processes.
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team player
