**About us**

We are looking for a QC Supervisor to join our team

**What will you do with us as a QC Supervisor?**
- Supervising and coordinating daily QC activities to support production operations, including testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Leading a team of QC technicians and analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Single point of contact for all microbiological activities and assessments.
- Developing and implementing QC procedures, protocols, and specifications in accordance with cGMP guidelines and client requirements.
- Overseeing laboratory equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Reviewing and approving QC test data, reports, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance based on ALCOA principles.
- Investigating deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and non-conformances, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**We are looking for a QC Supervisor with the following profile**
- BSc and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field
- GMP knowledge and experience
- Experienced microbiologist with experience of relevant testing methods and techniques
- Experience in supervising a team, motivating and coaching team members
