YOUR TASKS
- Warehouse Manager role involves leading the entire operation and working closely with the Operations Manager;
- Managing the implementation of a new customer in the healthcare division;
- Requires analyzing data and translating it into key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring their achievement;
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes to elevate the team's performance;
- Responsibilities include making and implementing action plans, coaching employees, and planning headcount;
- Essential to motivate employees, demonstrate enthusiasm, and possess strong people management skills;
- Position aimed at expanding business operations to enhance customer service and facilitate further growth.

YOUR PROFILE
- Someone with a bachelor working and thinking level;
- You have proven knowledge of warehousing, processes and project management with a complexity comparable to Arvato;
- You are ambitious, proactive and independent professional with strong analytical skills;
- It is important that you have the eagerness to serve your customer at a high quality level;
- You are flexible and like a high level of dynamism in your day;
- It is your personal drive to go for the best result.

- A salary between €2.931;
- and €5.342,-. We top it off with a fully paid retirement plan, discounted gym memberships.
