**What you will do**:
As **Manager Planning & Quality Benelux**, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and efficient auction planning. You will lead a team and ensure seamless execution by leveraging data, optimizing workflows, and enhancing auction processes. This role involves coordinating with site managers, brokers, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Furthermore, the focus is on our brands Troostwijk Auctions and Vavato in the Benelux.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Auction Planning Optimization**:

- Optimize auction schedules using data on product availability and ideal closing times.
- Ensure site managers' maximum productivity through effective resource planning.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain auction quality by overseeing lot descriptions, photographs, and adherence to auction dynamics.
- Implement process changes to enhance auction quality and performance.
- Develop and enforce best practices for start prices, reserve prices, and relisting procedures.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of planners and quality employees.
- Foster employee engagement, motivation, and diversity within the department.
- Conduct performance evaluations, 1-on-1 meetings, and provide ongoing feedback.

**Data-Driven Improvements**:

- Initiate quality analyses for brokers, site managers, and sellers.
- Develop seller quality scores and provide recommendations to improve seller performance.
- Facilitate training and process optimizations for self-writers setting up auctions.

**Process Management**:

- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

**What you bring**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a data-driven, commercial environment.
- Proven managerial experience in a similar role.
- Experience with project-based work and process improvement.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, CRM systems).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Commercial and financial awareness.
