Your role will be to make sure everyone knows what to do. Thanks to your efforts, no one (inside and outside) is bothered by organizational mess or hassle. The ultimate result of your efforts is that teams and individuals are inspired to work together as one, all of them with their own focus.

**Main responsibilities & activities**
- Identify and improve key processes: making them run smoothly
- Install a working “management operating system” for the international organization
- Stimulate and harmonize collaborations cross functionally between teams and team members
- Identify and clarify the right metrics (incl. KPI’s) that ensure further growth
- Build a winning culture with people that love to come work
- Help team members take full accountability for their role and turn them into the leaders they can be
- Design and manage a future-proof organizational structure and way of working, based on the principles of holacracy
- Solve day-to-day problems, identify the source and fix it
- Challenge the founder in terms of where his time and energy are best spent

**Main results (first year)**
- The team is happy, works as one and takes full responsibility
- Metrics for every team, monitored and continuously improving
- Clear 1 year roadmap and focus for the organization as a whole and for each team (projects, priorities, metrics)
- Founder is more focussed on key projects and initiatives to help the company grow further
- Ultimately, the self-organizing capacity of the team and organization is so high that you are not needed (that much)

Goals are further quantified in the first 3 months you’re with us and also depend on your observations and the focus we need at that time.

**Skills and experience**
- Perfectly comfortable using English in a professional setting
- Prior experience in an end-to-end responsibility, for instance as Managing Director, COO or Chief of Staff
- You know the laws of a software company like ours and what it takes to grow such a business: there’s a lot of ‘blue’ energy at Stream HPC and you know how to handle this
