**Your role**

You are part of the Retail Services team and report to the Retail Services Director. The mission of the team is to grow the engagement with beauty advisors in the Benelux. There are more than 5000 beauty advisors in the Benelux, either working for L’Oréal, for our retailers or external agencies. With such a big and diverse population, we use different formats to reach them. We create moments for connection, inspiration, learning and skill development.

I this role you are responsible for the administrative and organizational follow-up of the retail services’ team activities in the Benelux. You manage the contact with the beauty advisors by mail, support on executing the annual plan containing both physical and online moments, and support on projects.

**Furthermore, you are responsible for**
- Taking care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management, gift sending, invites for events, zoom link creation, etc
- Monitor participant registrations and KPIs
- Generate purchase orders and update the budget files.
- Support on organization of events (booking rooms or locations, catering, and decoration)
- Organizing and coordinating the manager's and team activities.
- Coordinate the participation process for events
- Administrative support: manage incoming and outgoing mail, order decoration; prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Internal logistic follow up
- Scheduling: room & catering bookings, update education outlook calendar
- Invitation: create e-invitation (google form) / printing / sending
- Digital training: analyze and prepare final participant list; organized gift shipping and follow up
- Data management: registrations follow up / monitor KPI’s
- Generate purchase orders and update the budget files.
- Mastery of office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software relevant to the company

**Your profile**

You are rigorous and attentive to details. You like to collaborate intensively with many stakeholders and keep them sharp. In this role, you will need to tackle a lot of topics at the same time act pro-actively when this is needed. Good communication skills are a must, you are in contact with beauty advisors, retailer headquarters and suppliers on a daily level. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
