In the **Asset Management** Excellence **team of **Volker Kleindienst **we are looking for a passionate part-time (**0,5 FTE**) Business Support Officer for our Asset Committee in the Asset Management department. - In this specific role, you will be responsible for organizing the cross unit Asset Committee (every three weeks) in close cooperation with the responsible Director. You will be faced with the following specific tasks and challenges:
- Prepare, plan and facilitate the asset committee in order to enable efficient decision-making along the asset chain;
- This includes the preparation and follow-up of the committees by fostering close contact to all participants and submission authors;
- Implement autonomous improvements of the process and the documentation platform;
- To clarify interfaces to other committees and affected products;
- You are the central contact for all committee participants.
**Your profile and background**:
- You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team.
- You are willing to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment in international teams.
- Result orientation, high quality standards and structured way of thinking are characterizing your mode of working.
- Professional experience in the field of a grid operator or other comparable work environment is of advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (verbally and in writing).

**Additional information**:
- The weekly working time is **20 hours - 0,5 FTE**;
- The position is indefinite ;
- Salary in grade 6, between **€ 3348,-** and **€ 5890**, based on a fulltime agreement.
