**Your tasks**:

- Prepare and determine reliable financial results, ensuring accuracy in financial and operational analyses;
- Monitor progress towards financial objectives, proposing and implementing improvements based on analysis;
- Serve as a critical and proactive sparring partner for various departments, offering financial insights and guidance;
- Support the organization in budgeting, forecasting, and investment proposal activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals;
- Lead and participate in group audit processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting;
- Engage in projects to enhance financial and operational processes, contributing to overall organizational improvement
- Provide support for Arvato-wide tasks, collaborating with teams across different functions to achieve company objectives.

**Your profile**:

- Higher Education (HBO/WO) degree in Financial Management and Control;
- Comprehensive understanding of general business concepts;
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies;
- Knowledge of financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS), taxes, insurance, and legislation;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Result-oriented with integrity, demonstrating steadfastness in decision-making.

- Between €3.945;
