HR Project Coordinator

**Your tasks**:
- Leading, coordinating, and executing various HR projects within the company;
- Evaluating the planning and scope of different projects, in close consultation with the business owner;
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of HR project goals;
- Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports;
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and proactively implementing appropriate mitigation strategies;
- You will report to the Director Logistics Engineering;
- In this role you will report to the HR Director.

**Your profile**:
- A strong background in project management, preferably with previous experience in HR projects or organizational change initiatives;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate project planning, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams towards achieving project objectives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets;
- Proactive mindset to anticipate project challenges and take proactive measures to address them, while also being able to handle ad-hoc tasks effectively.
**We offer**:
- Between €2.542;
- and €4.561,-. We top it off with a fully paid retirement plan, discounted gym memberships;

- 25 paid vacation days, possibility to extend these to 28 vacation days;
