Voor Serviceplan Group Netherlands zijn we op zoek naar een **Strategy Director**

**Waar ben je verantwoordelijk voor?**

Als Strategy Director binnen onze bureaugroep, welke o.a. een mediabureau en een creative agency omvat, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische advisering van een geselecteerd klantenpakket. Je draagt zorg voor het richting geven aan de media-, marketing
- & communicatieplannen van de opdrachtgever voor die deelgebieden die voor hen in scope zijn. Je bent de aangever van de kaders die leiden tot de invulling en uitvoering van campagnes voor onze klanten.

Deze functie vereist een unieke combinatie van analytische scherpte en creatieve flair om geïntegreerde oplossingen te ontwerpen die effectief communiceren en resoneren met diverse doelgroepen over meerdere mediakanalen en creatieve platforms. Je bent de spil in het verbinden van onze bureaus om cohesieve en krachtige marcomstrategieën te realiseren.

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
1. Strategische Planning en Integratie:

- Ontwikkelen van overkoepelende strategieën die zowel mediabuying, (content)creatie als digitale innovatie agenderen, priotiseren en waar nodig integreren.
- Waarborgen van de strategische coherentie en synergie tussen verschillende disciplines binnen de groep.
- Leveren en borgen van inzichten en strategische richtingen die de zakelijke doelstellingen van de klant ondersteunen en bevorderen.

2. Klantrelatiebeheer en ontwikkeling:

- Optreden als strategisch adviseur voor belangrijke klanten.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties op CMO/directieniveau bij klanten om begrip en vertrouwen te kweken.
- Identificeren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen binnen bestaande klantrelaties.

3. Leiderschap:

- Tonen van verantwoordelijkheid voor het strategisch proces en de waarborg zijn voor de inhoud.
- Zonder hiërarchisch leiderschap een prettig sturende positie innemen in de klantenteams die actief werken op de aan jou toegewezen klanten.
- Stimuleren van een cultuur die innovatie en kwaliteit vbevordert.

4. Cross-functionele samenwerking:

- Samenwerken met de hoofden van andere afdelingen (bijv. data&insights, creatief, media, digital, etc.) om geïntegreerde oplossingen te waarborgen
- Zorgen voor een vloeiende uitvoering van campagnes die voldoen aan zowel creatieve als media-specifieke doelstellingen.

5. Innovatie en trends:

- Voortdurend verkennen van nieuwe technologieën, platforms en trends in zowel de media
- als creatieve industrieën.
- Implementeren van baanbrekende strategieën en technologieën om de dienstverlening van het bureau te verbeteren en te innoveren.

**Jij neemt mee**:

- Masterdiploma in Marketing, Bedrijfskunde, Communicatie, of een gerelateerd veld.
- Min. 5 jaar ervaring in strategische rollen binnen zowel media als creatieve agency settings.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het beheren van klantenportfolio’s.
- Uitstekende verbale en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
- Inzicht in zowel de traditionele als digitale mediasferen.
- Bewezen vermogen om strategische plannen te ontwikkelen die meetbare resultaten leveren zowel vanuit branding als performance oogpunt.
- Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.

**Plek in de organisatie**:
Als Strategy Director ben je onderdeel van het Strategy Team van het House Of Communication (van de Serviceplan Group) in Amsterdam, Nederland. Je acteert primair vanuit het mediabureau (Mediaplus) maar hebt een aangevende rol richting de andere agencies en producten/oplossingen die de Group lokaal en internationaal voert (O.a. Serviceplan, MAKE & Plan.net). Je rapporteert aan de Managing Director van Mediaplus en/of de overkoepelende strategieverantwoordelijke in het HOC-management team (CEO/CSO).
