Als Customer Operations Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor ondernemend Nederland. Dagelijks verwerkt het Firm24 platform honderden aanvragen van ondernemers. Deze aanvragen worden continue verbeterd en geoptimaliseerd. Want zeg nou zelf, dezelfde vraag meerdere keren per dag beantwoorden heeft niemand zin in. Wij zien daarom de Customer Operations Manager als een echte 'Problem Solver'. Elk vraag die binnenkomt van een klant wordt eerst opgelost, daarna zoeken we gelijk naar de oorzaak en lossen we het probleem op. Zo voorkomen we dat dit probleem nogmaals ontstaat.
