As a production worker at our client's company, you'll be the driving force behind our thriving flower export business. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that beautiful flowers and plants make their journey from auction to customers around the globe. Joining our international team, you'll contribute to our commitment to top-quality service, with your efforts directly impacting our success. Get ready for dynamic, physical tasks that make every day an opportunity to grow and excel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently sort and pack orders, ensuring our flowers are ready for their worldwide journey.
- Construct carts and allocate incoming deliveries with precision and care.
- Perform scanning checks during the final control to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, primarily working on Mondays, Fridays, and occasionally half a day on Tuesdays.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline logístical processes and enhance productivity.
