**What will be your role?**

International Students Work is in search of a proactive B2B marketeer to bolster our sales funnel. Your role involves ideating and executing B2B marketing strategies, constantly on the lookout for improvement and ways to boost lead generation. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing manager to strengthen our funnel.

While the account manager focuses on getting a cup of coffee with potential clients and maintaining relationships, you should have an eye on pointing out what attracts clients into having a cup of coffee with us in the first place. As the link between our offerings and potential clients, you'll focus on showcasing our unique value propositions. You should understand the mindset of a Dutch client, convert our strengths into compelling online content, drive traffic to our website, and deliver qualified leads to the sales team.

**> Market analysis, strategy development & implementation**
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, analyze industry trends, identify and convert challenges faced by our (potential) clients into effective marketing strategies
- Your primary focus is developing and implementing scalable B2B marketing strategies tailored to the needs of our Dutch clients
- Integrate CRM journeys into sales tools
- Refine buyer personas
- Elevate lead generation and qualification process
- In collaboration with the marketing manager and external agencies, you manage B2B digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness across various channels such as SEO, SEA, online advertising, LinkedIn, Google page, etc.
- Communicate value propositions effectively through website content creation, including business cases, whitepapers, and client testimonial videos (important that you're not camera-shy)

**> Networking and PR**:

- Organize and attend trade shows alongside account managers to represent the company and network
- Manage Dutch PR initiatives for promotion (e.g. podcast invitations, articles in local newspapers, participation in startup of the year awards, etc.

**What are needed to thrive in this role?**

**Experience**:
Any relevant experience in B2B marketing in Dutch (internship, volunteering, school project, previous work, portfolio of content creation)

**Core competencies & skills**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch is a must, including fluency in English. For international applicants, a C2 level Dutch is required
- Analytical thinking, able to understand the target market and identify opportunities
- Strong ideation skills, coming up with data-driven ideas
- Can-do mentality, you're cool with taking on challenges even though they are not easy
- Solution-oriented, able to breakdown & identify problems and coming up with solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Living in Arnhem-Nijmegen region would be ideal as we enjoy working from the office
- Everyone is putting in work to grow, therefore availability of 40 hours per week is required. Occasionally there are external events (e.g. fairs) after 6 PM or at weekends. You get this compensation in time for time
- For non-EU applicants: currently in or will be in your Orientation Year Visa
