- "Om de groei en verdere professionalisering van de Baetsen Groep vorm te geven zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Controller voor onze financiële afdeling. Word onderdeel van een dynamisch team in een no-nonsense organisatie"_

Baetsen, een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de logistieke sector met 75 medewerkers, heeft verschillende B.V.’s. Tot de kern behoren het horizontaal transport over de weg en het verticale transport door middel van mobiele hijskranen samen met een commerciële onderhoudswerkplaats.

Wat ga je doen? Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de financiële gezondheid van het bedrijf met meerdere B.V.’s door middel van nauwkeurige analyses, rapportages en strategische aanbevelingen. Je bent de onmisbare schakel tussen facturatie en de accountant, rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en denkt mee in het opzetten van data analyse binnen het bedrijf. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en het management om de financiële prestaties te begrijpen en te verbeteren. Je houdt je bezig met de dagelijkse aansturing van de financiële afdeling die bestaat uit een klein team met 3 collega’s die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de facturatie.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

- Beheer van de financiële administratie en administratieve processen;
- Je verzorgt de belastingaangiftes;
- Voorbereiden van de jaarrekening en coördinatie/begeleiding van periodieke accountantscontrole;
- Zorgdragen voor betrouwbare, complete en tijdige financiële rapportages;
- Optimaliseren en het digitaliseren van processen.
- Je draagt bij aan het opzetten van een toekomstbestendig, modern financieel beleid.

**Wat vragen wij van je?**

Om aan de slag te gaan als Business Controller is het uiteraard van belang dat je een relevante achtergrond hebt op HBO-niveau. Verder herken jij jezelf in onderstaande:

- Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende administraties;
- Je bent discreet en neemt initiatief. Een sterke persoonlijkheid met ontwikkelpotentie heeft onze voorkeur;
- Je bent georganiseerd, secuur en kunt goed samenwerken;
- Bij voorkeur een aantal jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol op HBO-niveau;
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Je hebt goede computervaardigheden en bij voorkeur ervaring met AFAS;
- Ervaring met data-analyse en/of juridische vraagstukken is een pré.
