Functieomschrijving
Within the global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Business Control team we support and steer CRE decision making to optimize the added value for ASML by offering insights in, challenges on and processes for why, how, when and where CRE invests and spends. The team has a global presence with a dedicated controller located at every major ASML site. Given some open vacancies within the global team, we are opening a temporary position to safeguard our continued high-quality support to CRE and other business stakeholders.
Functie-eisen Role and responsibilitiesOrganize for readily available and reliable insights
Demonstrate and deliver added value of early (strategic) financial involvement
Enable, ensure and guide sound business decision making
Understand business drivers for (intended & actual) financial deviations
Education and experience
Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in the area of Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
Skills
Minimum of 8 years working experience, preferably in business control
Experience with working in a matrix organization and/or complex international business environment desired
Pro-active, result driven and solution focused
Independent driver of initiatives while aligning with stakeholders
Strong work structure, able to plan ahead and balance priorities
Big picture thinking with eye for detail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
