Join our team of 7 dedicated members supporting our sales organization to drive successful business outcomes. The Commercial Support role is pivotal, connecting various departments across borders. Historically, it has been a stepping stone for many long-term Hempel careers, providing foundational knowledge and skills.

**Key Tasks**:

- Provide technical and product-related support.
- Prepare and update technical and commercial quotations, ensuring accurate communication with customers.
- Support customer onboarding to digital ordering tools.
- Manage contracts and technical documents such as certificates, safety data sheets, and test reports.
- Conduct customer analyses and prepare related reports.
- Handle complaint forms and support the complaint investigation process.
- Proofread technical marketing materials.
- Occasionally perform cross-border commercial support activities.

**Qualifications**:

- at least 1 year of experience in the related area, customer service or successful completion of an apprenticeship or study program
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Good Excel skills including Microsoft Office package
- Experience in D365 and in coating industry will be a big plus
